In business, to stand still is to move backwards, and for Furniture Gallery Blenheim, formerly Furniture to go, a re-branding was a necessary step for a business that has evolved over 15 years of operation. The fresh branding reflects the current fresh new products coming into the market place, as well as today’s modern furniture environment.
With their attractive new signage now in place, Rob, Judy and Cheryl will continue to develop the excellent reputation earned through years of dedication to quality furniture and customer satisfaction.
“We have the same wonderful staff, same culture within the store and the same emphasis on earning customers for life,” owner and Manager Rob Bruce says. “And now we have a brand that perfectly reflects us and what we do. We enjoyed 9 years affiliated with the Furniture to go brand but Furniture Gallery Blenheim exemplifies better the wide range of options we have in-store for home and business owners.”

“We represent products that provide good value for money,” Rob explains, “so when people buy from us they know the product is built without cutting any corners and will last for them well into the future.”
These are lessons learned over 18 years in retail furniture, and Rob is still as excited by the work as he was on the first day, which is something that goes for the whole team.
Put simply, ‘we are into this,’ Rob explains; “you get a real buzz out of helping people find what they are after and solve problems for them. It’s what drives us and we can’t get enough of it. It is very important to us that we provide top level service and ultimate customer satisfaction and we work together and develop our skills with this goal in mind.”
Judy Check and Cheryl McNamara together form a dynamic duo at the showroom, and have each totalled almost 10 years with the business. Both have been supported to complete their National Certificates in Retail (Levels 2 & 3) over the years, plus other tertiary level qualifications, and Rob says investing in passionate and effective staff is an easy choice.
“We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction,” he says. “When people come into the store, we want them to feel good about their purchase. Having excellent staff helps fulfil this ethos and we work with customers to ensure that what they are getting is precisely what they want and what will suit them.”
