Products and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and prices are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the information is error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item without notice.
Purchasing and Payment
Payment can be made using cash, debit card, credit card or via finance arrangements. Once your purchase is complete, we will provide you with a receipt and discuss delivery options.
Delivery and Assembly
We offer delivery and assembly services for an additional fee. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our store to your delivery address. Assembly fees are based on the complexity of the product. Delivery and assembly times will be arranged with you at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged goods
For products that arrive damaged or faulty, Furniture Gallery Blenheim will replace or repair the product as per our obligations from the consumer guarantees act.
Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Goods must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product they have purchased is faulty or does not meet the required standard. In such cases, Furniture Gallery Blenheim will have the product assessed by an independent assessor to determine the appropriate remedy of repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Warranty
All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
