Beds R Us – Winner of Consumer NZ’s People’s Choice Award – Furniture and Bedding for a second consecutive year.

The results are in, and the customers are happy.  Beds R Us have continued offering New Zealand shoppers exceptional service and value, for a second year running. 
 
Engrained in every Beds R Us sleep specialist is the commitment to offer exceptional service the moment a customer enters a store until they are sleeping soundly on their beautiful new bed.  The team at Beds R Us couldn’t be more thrilled with their recent recognition of Consumer NZ’s People’s Choice award – Furniture and Bedding 2018.  
 
Consumer NZ surveyed 1340 customers who had made a purchase the last 12 months on the topic of service, value, delivery and store experience and Beds R Us were just thrilled to receive the top gong for a second year running. ‘Ensuring every New Zealander is fitted to their perfect bed and achieving their ultimate sleep has always been our goal – we are delighted to see that our customers feel the same.’ Marketing Manager Samantha Clarke boasts proudly. 
 
Ensuring the delivery process is convenient and fits within budget has been a core objective for Beds R Us says Clarke, so they were delighted with their delivery results “Eight in 10 customers were very satisfied with the prices Beds R Us charged to get their purchases home.  The others we could analyse – Harvey Norman, Farmers, Smiths City and Big Save – couldn’t manage more than half” – Consumer NZ’s survey report reads. 
 
Additionally, ensuring goods were received in a quick and timely manner had been a key focus for the Beds R Us team this year so seeing that customers had acknowledged this was also very pleasing. “Beds R Us continued its impressive performance when it came to getting goods home in a timely manner – eight in 10 customers with goods delivered were very satisfied.  Smiths City and Big Save doubled down by managing a paltry 40 and 45 percent – customers reckon their deliveries cost too much and took too long.” Consumer NZ’s report continues.
